Financial District
The Ritz-Carlton ($$$) 900 W Olympic Blvd. This Luxury hotel overlooks L.A. Live, Staples Center and Microsoft Theater and offers breathtaking views of downtown Los Angeles. The L.A. Grand Hotel Downtown ($$)
333 S Figueroa St. The hotel stands in the heart of the financial district close to major corporate offices, the Pacific Stock Exchange, Convention Center and Staples Center. Omni Los Angeles Hotel At California Plaza ($$) 251 S Olive St. The architecturally sophisticated Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza stands against a backdrop of high-rise offices, historic buildings and bustling thoroughfares. This property lies adjacent to California Plaza's Corporate Towers near the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA Grand Avenue). Cultural events are held at the Los Angeles Civic Center, located one-half mile away. The hotel is also very convenient to the 110 freeway onramps. The 7th Street Metro Station is just two blocks away, where you can catch the Red Line train to Hollywood Boulevard and Universal Studios. Near 7th Street Metro Station, Convention Center, Staples Center, L.A. Live
This station is a hub for several routes: the Red Line train takes you to Hollywood Boulevard and Universal Studios, or other spots in downtown. The Metro Express Line 460 bus goes to Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland. Santa Monica Blue Bus #10 takes you to Santa Monica Pier, the 3rd Street Promenade and Santa Monica Place. Metro Rapid 720 bus takes you to Museum Row on Miracle Mile, Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, Westwood and the Santa Monica Pier. Metro rail Blue Line gets you to Long Beach in less than one hour.
The Wayfarer Downtown L.A. ($$) 813 South Flower Street. Less than a 5-minute walk to 7th Street Metro Station. About 5 minutes to a Metro Rapid 720 bus stop. Staples Center, L.A.
